Welcome to the Ballarat Meat Company
Ballarat Meat Co Was Built in 1992 in the Wendouree Industrial Park opposite the Ballarat Aerodrome.
The Meat Company was an off shute of Beaumont’s Meats who have been trading in Ballarat in 5 locations since 1975, where it started trading in Doveton Street South Ballarat.
With 35 years and Two Generations, in both Meat Retail and Wholesale, the family has a wide experience in the meat industry as a whole.
Pigs are sourced on a weekly bases, from Farmers direct, and Store cattle are obtained from local markets as well as the Western District Area to produce Quality Grain Fed Pork and Beef. Our Old Style Smallgoods have won numerous awards in many meat Industry Competitions.
Food Safety is a high priority in our business, and our fleet of refrigerated vehicles deliver products to your door. We are Licensed by PrimeSafe and Audited by SGS.
Our customer base comprises Independent Butchers, Supermarkets, Restaurants Hotels, Roast Carvers’, Cafes, Hospitals, Child Care Centres, Community Events, Football and Netball Clubs.
We are well known in our community for our great prices on products to many fund raising events, through schools and clubs etc.
You can come in and browse in our retail shop Wednesday to Friday or ring a meat order through any time, where we offer quality wholesale meats with wholesale prices direct to the public.
